All customers are different!

Our sales advisers and customer care team understand that every customer is different, and they ensure every homebuyer receives the best service possible. The journey starts with the first viewing of one our homes and continues through to when you are in your new property.

When you have moved into your new home, we will give you a home demonstration to tell you more about the construction of your property, to show you every room, and highlight things you need to be aware of, like where radiator pipes are. We will also visit twice to make sure you are settling in well. This includes an inspection on Day Seven and Day 28.

Our customer care team are on hand to respond to any problems and will be available on a 24/7 basis for emergencies.

Craftsmanship

We take time to consider the design of our houses and the local area, ensuring homes are crafted to a high quality using the best suppliers. Every property come with a ten-year structural warranty from Premier Guarantee.
