We have a flexible approach to land acquisition and are open to funding our own development projects, collaborating with joint venture partners, or being instructed as development managers for a publicly owned organisation. In all instances, we seek to take on the role of master developer and consortium lead, using our own experienced team to manage and deliver the project.

Alongside our operating businesses, we have several strategic partnerships with major landowners, including UK Government departments, and work with them to manage the delivery of major regeneration schemes on their behalf.
