We are unlike any other housebuilder in the country. With more than two decades of experience and knowledge of developing high quality homes in London and the South East, we understand what it takes to create new places where people want to live, work, and enjoy life.
We are Unique
What makes us unique is our belief in creating communities, not just housing. We are committed to delivering high quality, bespoke housing developments with a particular emphasis on the regeneration of brownfield sites. Our aim is to improve people’s lives and their living environment.
Working with communities to support local people and businesses, we deliver schools and support new jobs, we design great places to work and shop, and we create new parks, trails and cycle routes for people to enjoy nature and the great outdoors.
We build homes for people at all stages of their lives, from first-time buyers to downsizers, and certainly for those who are looking for a unique place to live. Our homes are carefully designed to maximise living space, at-home working, and outdoor areas for entertaining. We are mindful of the environment, choosing sustainable materials and methods to reduce our environmental footprint.
Why we build in Oxfordshire and Hampshire
We are passionate about regenerating areas with history and heritage, using our decades of experience to shape places to meet the needs of the community, and to preserve and conserve special areas of interest – that is why we choose to concentrate our expertise on locations in Oxfordshire and Hampshire.
Our People
We employ over 100 people and have a pipeline of 2,000 acres of development land, including 500 retained residential units and around 10,000 projected new homes.
Careful consideration has been put into the make-up of our management team and advisory board, which has unrivalled experience of creating sustainable communities at scale. This includes directors with in-house expertise covering finance, planning, procurement, strategic infrastructure, civil engineering, housebuilding, commercial lettings, property management, community infrastructure management, ecology, and sales and marketing.

In 2020 we received two Premier Guarantee Quality Recognition Awards, part of their Excellence Awards programme, which were awarded for outstanding quality throughout our Heyford Park development in Oxfordshire.
