We will consider any sites in London and the South East of England that we feel are suitable for our unique style of building and our desire to support and grow local communities.

We have a flexible approach to land acquisition and are open to funding our own development projects, collaborating with joint venture partners, or being instructed as development managers for a publicly owned organisation. In all instances, we seek to take on the role of master developer and consortium lead, using our own experienced team to manage and deliver the project.

Alongside our op erating businesses, we have several strategic partnerships with major landowners, including UK Government departments, and work with them to manage the delivery of major regeneration schemes on their behalf. We also work closely with local community organisations in the areas where we are developing, supporting the local population through partnerships with schools and community trusts.

We are one of a few independent developers in the UK with active experience in delivering major regeneration projects and have an excellent working relationship with Homes England.
